Put the feta cheese and cream cheese into a blender or food processor with 1/4 cup milk. Process until smooth.
Add the spinach, in small batches, continue to blend. Add onions and garlic and process until smooth.
Pour the cheese mixture into a medium saucepan. Add worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, coriander, honey and breadcrumbs.
Bring to a slow boil and add the remaining 1/4 cup of milk. Mix well and remove from the heat.
This dip will thicken as it cools.
Serve with Tortilla chips or cubed French bread.
